Capt. Brey has been fishing most of his life in South Florida where there are 300+ fishable days a year. He takes advantage of a large number of those days to spend at least a few hours on the water.
His favorite fishing is for inshore species such as bonefish, permit, tarpon, and snook. But he is equally skilled in offshore fishing for sailfish, dorado, etc. And let’s not forget the numerous wrecks and reefs off Miami loaded with snapper and grouper. http://www.bonefishcharters.com/

Congratulations to Capt. Chris who captured Grand Champion honors in the first annual Backcountry Fly Championship, held in February 2008. Mirage owner Mark Wolaver, fishing with Captain Chris Jones, scored 113.75 points to take home Grand Champion honors. Twin snook of 32.5 and 32.25 inches, taken off the same snag on consecutive days, helped take this team to victory.

Capt. Diego guides you on your search for the illusive bonefish, permit, tarpon, or any other flats fish that you may encounter, and makes you feel as comfortable as if you were fishing with an old fishin’ buddy. He is very patient with children and novice anglers, as well as the experienced angler, and will fine tune your fishing technique on how to be an aggressive angler when the opportunity arises.
You will never be yelled at or feel intimidated by a bad cast on your part aboard his vessel. Capt. Diego knows how to make you feel at home, and feels a great amount of pride when his anglers make a connection with a prized flats fish such as the bonefish, permit or tarpon. He is willing to give lessons on spin or fly fishing at the request of the angler, and will spend as much time with you as needed.
There are other species that Captain Diego can introduce you to, depending on the time of year and weather conditions. In the winter months, many species of fish travel these waters on their migratory trek southward around the southern coast of Florida, then northward along the beautiful Everglades National Park, and up the west coast of Florida. We come across winter Cobia that travel the shallow flats in search of the same types of crustaceans that bonefish and permit feed upon. In the edges of some channels you may encounter different species of Jacks, bluefish, trout, pompano, mackerel, and the usual sharks and barracudas that frequent these areas year round. Some of these species will travel across the flats on high water and can be targeted just like bonefish with very effective hookups when the bait is presented near them. Weather permitting, Captain Diego will also take anglers bottom fishing to some of his special spots for snapper and grouper and have you catch your own dinner. He will fillet the fish for you to take to local restaurants to cook for you if you wish. All this can be experienced without the worry of getting sea sick since it is all done in the beautiful calm, shallow, and pristine water of what we locals call “Our Back Country.

Professional fishing guide Capt. Mark Johnson has been fishing the waters of South Florida for close to 30 years. Based out of Islamorada, The Sport Fishing Capital of the World, he spends most of his days guiding anglers on the spectacular waters of the Florida Keys, Florida Bay, and the Everglades National Park.
As Tailspin Charters grew, Capt. Mark realized he needed help to accommodate his growing list of happy anglers. With the reputation for great customer service, Florida Keys Fun Fishing was born.
The Islamorada Charter Fishing industry is very saturated with fishing guides, some full-time and some part-time. Some have the required licenses and insurance and some do not. Some have a passion for fishing, and strive to provide a really fun day on the water. Other guides just watch the clock and tell you how you should have been here “yesterday“. Who would you rather fish with?
Operated by Capt Mark and his wife, Kara, Florida Keys Fun Fishing (FKFF) utilizes a group of local Islamorada fishing guides who believe in what we do: provide great service, maintain the nicest boats, use the best equipment possible, have great attitudes and personalities, know how to catch fish, and most importantly, have current licenses and insurance required to work in the charter fishing industry. We also can provide recommendations on hotels, restaurants, and things to do with the family, not just in Islamorada but throughout the Florida Keys and Key West.
Capt. Mark is a member of the I.G.F.A, (International Game Fish Association, C.C.A., (Coastal Conservation Association), and the Florida Keys Guide Association. Florida Keys Fun Fishing is dedicated to being involved with the local fishing community believing that the decisions made today will benefit the future of fishing in the Florida Keys.

I am a Miami native that began fishing at the early age of two. I think my father gave me the rod to shut me up, never guessing that some day I would turn it into a career. But for those endless days that we spent and still spend on the water I can’t thank him enough for it has nurtured a passion for fishing and the outdoors that fills the soul. This is what I bring to the table for my clients and I hope to ignite that same passion in them. If you asked me to describe myself as a fishing guide the words used would include: professional, hardworking, fun-loving and educational. I promise you will go out of my way to put you on fish, teach you a thing or two and above all show you a good time.
I am licensed captain by the USCG and fully insured. My customer’s safety is always top priority with me. Flats to Fathoms fishing charters specialize in light tackle and fly fishing. Captain Mike Hutchisson brings over 25 years experience fishing the waters of Key Largo, Miami(Biscayne Bay)and Flamingo (Everglades National Park).

Light tackle and fly fishing for tarpon, bonefish, permit. redfish, and snook.
Sight fishing the flats and back country of the Florida Keys and Everglades National Park, from Miami to Key West.
I am a native fishing guide based at the World Wide Sportsman Bayside Marina in Islamorada, Florida. I also trailer my boat up and down the Florida Keys, fishing from Miami to Key West. I have been fishing the Florida Keys since I was three years old, and continue to have a passion for the fish that dwell here.
I exercise my passion by guiding others to some of the most challenging, explosive, and powerful game fish in the World. My guests enjoy the challenge of sight casting to elusive bonefish and permit which roam the flats and back country of the Florida Keys. Guests marvel at the explosion that takes place when they set the hook on a 100 pound Tarpon. They also enjoy the power of Snook, Redfish, and Sharks that populate the back country of Everglades National Park. These are just a few of the opportunities that my anglers look forward to.
I enjoy helping beginners (and children) catch their first fish, as well as, guiding a tournament pro to the challenge of a lifetime. Fly, spin, or plug casting instruction is gladly provided if necessary. Having fun is the main objective. This may mean a 1/2 day casting lesson, or a five-day tournament. Whatever your desires are, I can assure you that I will do my best to make your trip something special. The combination of great weather, magnificent scenery, fabulous fishing, and good company makes for an unforgettable fishing experience. All his life Capt. Rick Murphy has had the good fortune to share fishing techniques with the best, real anglers who test the waters of the tropics.
Starting out as a professional fishing guide in South Florida, Rick has racked up over 25 years in the saltwater fishing industry. In addition to his many duties as host of Sportsman’s Adventures television show, Rick acts as a consultant to such well-known companies as Yamaha Motor Corporation USA, Contender Boats, Hewes Boats, Cobia Boats, and Biscayne Rods. He also presents casting seminars and slide and video presentations at fishing clubs, and makes appearances at key fishing and boat shows on behalf of his sponsors. Ever since 1988, Rick has guided his anglers to grand championships in almost every major South Florida fishing tournament. He makes his home in South Florida with his wife, Kathy, and two sons.
With names like Stu Apte, Ralph Delph, and Al Pflueger Jr., he has shared many Sportsman’s Adventures. Created with an Emmy award-winning production team, each episode shows what it is like to catch a wide range of sport fish, under conditions that are as genuine as Murphy himself.
Sportsman’s Adventures has a tremendous widespread appeal. Be it flying for Pacific Sailfish in exotic Guatemala, or fishing for all five species of Pacific Salmon in Alaska, the action is non-stop! And the 2005 season will be no exception. With shows from the Florida Keys to Alaska, we will cover almost every aspect of the fishing world.
So come, check us out on the Sunshine Network! And enjoy a real Sportsman’s Adventure. http://www.sportsmansadventures.com/capt-rick.htm
